Madison Cares and Habitat for Humanity of Greater New Haven organized its first Youth Work Day, which enabled students younger than 16 to work on Madison Cares Build IV. A group of Madison students ages 14 and 15 turned out to spend a Saturday working in the warehouse at Habitat’s headquarters in New Haven. They were also taken on a tour of previous Madison Cares builds around the city as well as got to visit Build IV, the house which will benefit from their hard work.
